Terms of Service for AiDD

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AiDD ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

AiDD is designed specifically to understand and adapt to the unique needs of neurodivergent professionals, providing AI-powered task management and productivity features.

AiDD provides:

• AI-powered task recommendations and prioritization using the proprietary "AI Score"
• Energy level tracking and management
• Focus mode integration with iOS Screen Time
• Calendar and email integration
• Live Activities for real-time task tracking on Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
• Home Screen widgets for quick access
• Siri Shortcuts and voice commands
• Cross-device synchronization via CloudKit
• Integration with third-party services (Microsoft, Todoist, Trello, and others)
• Offline functionality with intelligent sync

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

3.2 Account Security

• The App uses biometric authentication (Face ID/Touch ID) when available
• API keys and credentials are stored securely in iOS Keychain
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Privacy and Data Collection

6. Third-Party Integrations

6.1 Calendar Integration

• Requires permission to access your calendar

• Calendar data remains on your device unless explicitly synced

6.2 Email Integration

• Optional feature requiring explicit permission
• Only metadata is analyzed, not email content

6.3 Focus Mode and Screen Time

• Requires Family Sharing and Screen Time permissions

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer the App
• Share your account with others

8. Intellectual Property

• The App and its original content remain our property
• The App is protected by copyright and other laws

8.2 Your Content

9. Subscription and Payments

9.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal

9.3 Payment Processing

9.4 Refunds

10. Disclaimers

10.2 Productivity Disclaimer

• Results vary significantly by individual
• We do not guarantee specific productivity improvements
• The App is a tool to assist, not replace, personal judgment and professional support
• Success depends on consistent use and individual circumstances

10.3 Accessibility Disclaimer

• While designed with neurodivergent users in mind, we cannot guarantee suitability for all individuals
• We continuously work to improve accessibility features
• User feedback on accessibility is welcomed and valued

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App
• We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AiDD and its affiliates from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

• You may stop using the App at any time
• You may delete your account through the App settings

13.2 Termination by Us

• We may terminate for Terms violations
• We may discontinue the App with 30 days notice

13.3 Effect of Termination

• We may delete your data after a retention period

14. Accessibility
