App Tracking Transparency

When you first launch AiDD, we will ask for your permission to track your activity for analytics purposes. This helps us improve your experience and provide personalized productivity insights. You can choose to:

• Allow Tracking: We may collect analytics data including a User ID to improve app functionality and your experience
• Ask App Not to Track: We will not collect any data used for tracking purposes

Managing Your Tracking Preference

You can change your tracking preference at any time:

1. On your iOS device, go to Settings
2. Scroll down and tap AiDD
3. Toggle Allow Tracking on or off

Analytics Settings in AiDD

Within the app, you can manage analytics collection:

1. Open AiDD and go to Settings
2. Navigate to General
3. Toggle Analytics on or off

Note: Analytics can only be enabled if you've granted tracking permission in your device settings.

Data Access and Deletion

You have the right to:

• Access Your Data: Request a copy of all data we have collected about you
• Delete Your Data: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export Your Data: Download your tasks, notes, and settings in a portable format

To exercise these rights, you can:

• Use the "Delete All Data" option in Settings → Security & Privacy

Data We Collect

When tracking is enabled, we may collect:

• Anonymous User ID for app functionality and sync
• Usage analytics to improve features

When tracking is disabled, we only collect:

• Essential data required for app functionality
• Anonymized crash reports with no identifiers

Third-Party Services

If you connect third-party services (Google, Microsoft, etc.), those services have their own privacy policies. We only access the data you explicitly authorize and only for the functionality you've enabled.

We retain your data for as long as you maintain an active account. After account deletion:

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately.
